How can I make changes to my GLIRST order after placing it?
Since orders usually ship within 24 hours, orders changes are not guaranteed and are needed ASAP after placing your order. Please contact here: support@glirst.com
How do I use a discount code or gift card?
Add the item(s) to your cart, click checkout, and click the drop down on the next page. Then, type in the code and click apply.
How long does GLIRST take to ship?
We aim to have your order dispatched from our facility within 1 business days, your order will be delivered via your local Postal Services.However, please bear with us in case we are spending extra time in checking / perfecting your items, particularly during the peak season around end of the year.

Is the case hard or flexible?
The Dual-layer collection is comprised of two different materials fused together to create its double layer design. The back is a harder polycarbonate surface, while the inner are made from a more flexible TPU.
Does it have raised edges around the camera?
Yes, the case does have raised edges around the camera for protection when laid flat.
Does the wireless charging or MagSafe feature work with the case on?
Yes. This Dual-layer Case is compatible with standard Qi wireless technology. Please note the dual-layer collection does not support complete MagSafe functionality in terms of the magnetic aspect, it does allow for Qi wireless charging (including when placed on the MagSafe wireless charger).
That said, the forthcoming Dual-Layer + with MagSafe case will be fully compatible with Apple's new MagSafe technology. Feel free to visit the official GLIRST website for more information.
Are GLIRST cases protective?
Great question! Most GLIRST cases are designed and extensively tested by a 3rd party laboratory for durability up to a height of 8 ft. We also have some cases tested up to 10ft.
While no case manufacturer can guarantee that you will not incur damage when a device is dropped, we design and build for durability and protection to help keep your device safe. GLIRST cases are engineered with high-quality (but never bulky!) protective materials. Our cases are primarily made with a hard protective material called polycarbonate.

When will my order be shipped?

Will I be charged customs and import duties?
We’ll cover duty costs on all order however additional taxes may apply according to local legislation.
Can I track my order?
You can track your parcel at 17track.net.
Why hasn't my tracking link been updated?
Sometimes tracking links don't update daily, and can take 48-72 hours to update. If it hasn’t updated, don’t worry. Your package is still on it’s way to you and should update soon! If you do not see updates for more than 72 hours, please contact us here.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
We typically ship orders within hours of receiving them but shoot us an email here as soon as you realize that something may be wrong. We will work hard to get you what you need!
My order says delivered, but it hasn't. What do I do?
This happens from time to time as the carrier may have prematurely marked the package "delivered" before its arrival or delivered to the wrong location. We recommend checking with your neighbors and the local postal office first. If it's not found within 3 days after marked "delivered", please let us know at support@glirst.com.
REFUNDS
How do I return a product or get a refund?
If you are not completely thrilled with your GLIRST purchase, we will gladly issue you a full refund within 45 days. Simply contact us through support@glirst.com with your order number and let us know why you were unhappy with your order. Make sure to send us some photos of what happened so we can continue to make our product better! And promise to make this process as quick and hassle-free as possible.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
You will NEVER have to pay for a return or exchange (unless you choose a higher priced item of course)!

Does GLIRST guarantee its product?
Of course! We're 100% committed to making you happy. GLIRST offers a limited lifetime warranty for all products! At GLIRST, we have a "stands for the little luxuries in the palm of your hand." commitment for every one of our cases! If anything happens to your phone case within 2-year of purchase, we will replace it!
Run it over with your car? We will replace it!
Use it too hard? We will replace it!
Puppy get ahold of your case? We will replace it! (But we will ask for puppy photos)

What is covered under your 2-year warranty?
Almost everything, and we mean it. If anything happens to your GLIRST product we’ll send you a free replacement. It's as simple as that. Warranty claims are limited to one per product ordered. We also offer a 45-day money back guarantee, so if you want to return your order for any reason within 45 days of making a purchase, we’ll offer you a full refund.
