We know that sometimes mistakes happen and you need to return an item. If you’ve purchased a product directly through our website, you can return it to us for a full refund or exchange.
All products purchased directly from GLIRST are covered by our 45-day money back guarantee. On most orders, Domestic and International , you can return item(s) purchased on GLIRST.com for any reason within the 45 days from the date of shipment for a refund.
So that we can sort out your return, contact us with your order number and the reason you’d like to send your item back. Our Customer Experience team will let you know when you should expect to receive your exchange or refund.
Customized products are your unique creative expressions, personalized products are one of a kind and has been manufactured only for you. Therefore we can’t accept refunds for any customized products under any circumstances unless the product has a manufacturer's defect.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
You will NEVER have to pay for a return or exchange (unless you choose a higher priced item of course)! Most of our returns are eligible for "Green Returns" so we can keep our emissions as low as possible.
Are there any fees for returns or exchanges?
REPLACEMENT / EXCHANGE TIMES
We will ship your new replacement or exchange within 3 business days of your refund being processed and approved! You will then receive a shipment email that contains your tracking information.
Returns made will be refunded in your original form of payment. If the payment was made using credit / debit card or bank account, there might be a lead time required by PayPal (our credit card settlement service provider) to set up the credit transaction with your bank. Refunds are processed immediately but it will depend on your bank when they show up in your account. Most banks process them within 1-3 business days but it can take as long as 10 business days for some institutions.
If you need us to cancel your order for any reason, please get in touch as soon as you can. Once an order is in our system, it can’t be edited and we can’t usually stop our warehouse from completing the shipping process once it has started, so it’s important that you let us know as early as possible. If we manage to prevent your order from being dispatched, we will cancel it and you’ll receive a full refund. If we’re unable to do so, don’t worry! You can return your order to us using the process above.
